Step Two:
A pply for Financing
Once you’ve had your assessment completed, obtain an estimate from an Approved Contractor. For fast approval apply online, or you can apply by phone at 888-232-3477. We’ll have a quick decision on your application and answer any questions you may have.
Step Three:
We Pay Your
Contractor and  You Start Saving!
We pay the contractor when the work is done to your satisfaction. Your first payment will be due in 30 days. There’s no penalty for pre-payment, no closing costs, and no mortgage filed on your home.
In case of an Emergency HVAC Replacement
If your heat pump, furnace, A/C or boiler fails and you need quick action, ask your contractor to suggest a qualifying system for immediate installation, then proceed with your Home Energy Savings assessment.
